Diana Eilert
Chief Executive Officer
Diana is currently the Chief Executive Office of Clarius Group
Limited
Prior to joining Clarius, Diana was a Group Executive with
Suncorp, running the entire insurance business for three years.
Subsequently she was responsible for People, Technology, Marketing
and Joint Ventures of the Suncorp Group.
Diana has worked in financial services for over 20 years,
commencing her career with NRMA and AAMI, then moving to Citibank
to hold a number of Vice President/General Management roles
including Head of Citibank Direct. Diana has also worked as a
consultant, including time as a Principal with AT Kearney and a
Partner with IBM.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Maths (Syd) and a
Master of Commerce in Finance and Marketing (UNSW).
Geoffrey Moles
Executive Chairman
Geoffrey Moles has over 35 years commercial experience in the
information technology (IT), recruitment and management areas. In
1984 he established Candle Computer Services Pty Limited and has
been a director of the company ever since. Prior to Clarius Group,
Geoff worked in the IT industry with Burroughs Limited and Datec
Pty Limited (now DMR), one of Australia's leading systems
integrations companies.
Geoff is a member of the Clarius Group Board Remuneration and
Nominations Committee.
Lawrence Gibbs
Non-Executive Director
Lawrence Gibbs is currently managing director of BG Capital
Corporation Limited, an independent investment banking firm. Lawrie
was previously executive director and head of Investment Banking at
Burdett Buckeridge Young Limited, a well known Australian
stockbroking and investment banking firm. He has 30 years
experience in the financial services industry, including senior
executive positions in funds management, corporate advisory,
investment banking and stockbroking. Lawrie's other directorships
include The Knox Foundation, President of he American Club and a
director of private investment companies.
Lawrie is a member of the Clarius Group Board Audit, Risk and
Compliance Committee and the Board Remuneration and Nominations
Committee.
Penny Morris
Non-Executive Director
Penny Morris AM has been a professional company director since
1994 serving on a diverse range of public company and government
enterprise boards. Penny is also currently a director of Aristocrat
Leisure Limited, Mirvac Limited and the NSW Institute of Teachers.
Prior to this period, Penny spent several years in senior
management at Lend Lease.
Penny has a Bachelor of architecture (hons), a masters of
environmental science and diplomas of company directorship and
international company directorship.
Penny is a member of the Clarius Group Audit, Risk and
Compliance Committee.
Peter Bunting
Non-Executive Director
Peter Bunting LLB, FCA, worked for 30 years in the accounting
profession with 16 years as a partner in Deloittes. From 2000 to
2005 he was the Chairman of the Health Insurance Commission, a
major Federal Government agency, delivering health programs
including Medicare and the PBS. He is a director of several
unlisted companies including Moneyline Telerate (Australia) Limited
and Health e-Signature Authority Pty Limited.
Peter is chair of the Clarius Group Audit, Risk and Compliance
Committee.
