2012 Clarius Group Annual Report
Rising to the Challenge
Financial year 2012 continued to
present challenges to the recruitment market. A lack of confidence
resulted in conservatism around hiring decisions and growth plans
within organisations.
Undeterred and rising to the
challenge, diligent cost control and productivity improvements led
to an increase in sales revenue and continued profitablity in
difficult trading conditions.
Investing in infrastructure and
ongoing efforts to protect and build our "house of specialist
brands" strategy will be particularly important when the market
recovers with the backdrop of a skills shortage.
Clarius is strongly positioned and we
look to 2013 with confidence.
